Christmas

at West Mersea Free Church

What is Christmas?

Christmas is when we celebrate that God so loved the world that he came to the earth as a baby to live among us, experience life as we do, show us an example of how to live, and eventually through what he achieved in his death and resurrection, offer us life in all its fullness.

Christmas Tree Festival

For one weekend, Friday 13th to Sunday 15th, trees from around the island are on display at West Mersea Free Church.

The Promised Gift

This Advent and Christmas we are going to discover together some of the old testament prophecies of Jesus and discover Christ before Christmas: The Promised Gift.
